Abstrakty

Wiele zmian wprowadzanych w technice informacyjnej w polskiej rzeczywistości nie przynosi spodziewanych efektów, a nawet nie Jest praktycznie wdrażanych. Autorzy poszukując przyczyn tego stanu rzeczy starają się wskazać na błędy w podejściu do zmian w sferze systemów informacyjnych jako przykład planowanej zmiany organizacyjnej. Przedstawiono analizę podstawowych pojęć oraz dokonano oceny praktyki procesu wprowadzania techniki informacyjnej w organizacjach. Na podstawie przeprowadzonej oceny przedstawiono propozycje nowego podejścia do omawianego problemu. (abstrakt oryginalny)

Many attempts to introduce information technology (IT) to Polish organizations has not brought expected results. Some of projects have not even been Implemented. Looking for reasons for failures authors try to point out mistakes In the approach to the changes In the information systems (IS) as organizational changes. Basle concepts are discussed in the paper and the practices of IT introduction to Polish organizations are evaluated. On this basis a proposal Is presented of a new approach to the discussed Issues.
