Omówiono formy struktur sfery badawczo-rozwojowej w przedsiębiorstwach zachodnich krajów wysoko rozwiniętych oraz formy i sposoby prowadzenia badań.

Correct organization of R+D within industry is besides the ensuring necessary conditions for implementation of them, the key issue and challenge for many industrial enterprises. Long term activity of R+D systems within industrial enterprises is a good testimonial of strong correlation between the organizational structure and the organization of research. It is a necessary condition of effective innovations implementation and progress of knowledge and it makes easy their correlation with the basic performance of industrial enterprise as well. The paper presents range and directions of exploring the most rational organizational forms and the best methods of preparing and implementing projects in the field of R+D in industrial enterprises of developed countries.
