Abstrakty
Celem artykułu jest prezentacja założeń metodycznych diagnostyki typu gospodarowania w przedsiębiorstwie oraz diagnostyki wyników działalności gospodarczo-produkcyjnej przedsiębiorstwa jako całości.
The main goal of this article is the presentation of methodological assumptions dealing with the kind of firm's development diagnostics and diagnostic of the firm's performance. The author presents the structure of the diagnostic syndrom which allows to identify the intensive and extensive kind of development, besides, the utility of diagnostic syndrom is illustrated by examples. The article also presents the simplified diagnostics syndrom of the kind of development and the relation between the growth of profit, production assets and employement. In the second part of the article the author presents the methodological assumption of the diagnostics of the firm's performance. The diagnostic syndrom should, according to the author's opinion, include minimum 13 symptoms. The results of initial diagnosis of this investigation are given by the author. (original abstract)
