Abstrakty

Autor kreśli rolę, jaką ma do odegrania analiza we współczesnych warunkach zarządzania i ewolucję, jaką przeszła w minionych kilkudziesięciu latach. Proponuje traktowanie analizy ekonomicznej jako organicznej funkcji zarządzania, a także prezentuje założenia metodyczne projektowania tej funkcji.

The article deals with the method of projecting the analitical management function. Author begins with the definition of the analitical management function and' than gives the methodological and theoretical requirements of the project. To the main stages of projecting the analitical function the author includes determination of the main and detailed goals of economic analysis, determination of the analitical tasks which make the accomplishment of these goals possible and elaboration of economic analysis technology. Author remarks, that when determining the goals of analysis it is necessary to remember that the analitical function is a subsystem which is a part of the management system and plays a service role towards the other subsystems and an independent role, when analitical information is applied directly in decision making. The author pays much attention to the models of analitical tasks and problems of technological and cybernetical structure of the analysis. At the end of the article the author deals with the costs of projecting the analitical systems. (original abstract)
