In the article the changes in the statistical fertility distribution in years 1950-1987 in Poland were discussed. In the research the Coale-Trussell model to fertility was used. Using the NSFA package, the parameters for this model were estimated for the fertility distribution in Poland in years 1950 and 1987. (AT)

W artykule omówiono zmiany rozkładu płodności w Polsce w latach 1950-1987. W badaniu wykorzystano model płodności Coale'a-Trussella. Wykorzystując pakiet NSFA oszacowano parametry tego modelu dla rozkładu płodności w Polsce w 1950 i 1987 r. Porównanie oszacowanych parametrów modelu umożliwiło wyciągniecie wniosków o zakresie i przyczynach zmian rozkładów płodności w tych latach. (abstrakt oryginalny)
