Abstrakty

Omówiono istnienie przedsiębiorstw menedżerskich oraz ich znaczenie w oparciu o badania empiryczne. Wyjaśnienie fenomenu, że kontrolowane przez menedżerów przedsiębiorstwa nie wykazują znaczniejszej różnicy w zakresie efektywności, a także krytyczna analiza poprzedniej argumentacji. Praca kończy się rozważaniami nad mechanizmami kontroli i motywacji oraz warunkami rynkowymi.
