Abstrakty

Przedstawiono metodę MTR, która jest nowoczesnym narzędziem diagnozowania systemów organizacyjnych i może być wykorzystywana w zarządzaniu strategicznym. Może ona także znaleźć zastosowanie w projektowaniu struktur organizacyjnych, usprawnianiu procesów informacyjnych, marketingu, czy optymalizacji zapasów.

Basic notions describing the MTR method were discussed: intensity of stimulation, system's answering time, intensity of reaction as well as the following sub-systems: controlling, operational and informational. The authors presented types of flexibility of deviations that occur in the MTR method: internal, concerning links and global. The authors analyzed the variation of partial deviations in the global deviation. The geometric and algebraic interpretations of deviations were presented. The authors presented some supporting methods made use of in the MTR method and situations in which they can be applied. (original abstract)
