Abstrakty

Autorka opisała zastosowanie metody "spin off" ("rozpinania przedsiębiorstwa") na konkretnym przypadku Krakowskiej Fabryki Aparatury Pomiarowej. Metoda ta może być stosowana w restrukturyzacji organizacyjno-własnościowej dużych przedsiębiorstw zwłaszcza państwowych do prywatyzacji różnych np. pomocniczych dla produkcji obszarów działania przedsiębiorstwa. W opisywanym przypadku organizacyjnie oderwana i sprywatyzowana została służba utrzymania ruchu i remontów KFAP.

In the article the author describes the implementation of the spin-off procedure in the process of transformation of a Polish enterprise that embraces the organizational strukture as well as form of ownership. In the first part of the article the author presented the enterprise under investigation and the main assumptions of the scheme of its restructuring that was being implemented. In the second part, one of the companies of a spin-off type set up by the former employees of the enterprise was described. In the third part, the author presented the effects of the transformation of the enterprise. In the fourth part, the author discussed some variations of the spin-off model which could be used in the process of transformation of state-owned enterprises in which employers entrepreneurship is supported institutionally.
