Omówiono formalno-prawne podstawy i drogi prywatyzacji przedsiębiorstw w Polsce, istotę leasingu i możliwości wykorzystania go w procesie prywatyzacji, a także przedstawiono rachunek symulacyjny wykupienia przedsiębiorstwa w drodze leasingu.

The paper deals with the problem of financing property transformations in the Polish economy. Special attention is given to the new capital supply method - the leasing. The Polish economy still lacks big native capital and foreign sources of finance make investments in Poland with great care. That is why, in order to accelerate the Polish industry transformation processes, a new form of financial supply - the leasing contract - has been introduced. As intended, the leasing contracts have influenced a significant acceleration of these processes. For better understanding of the problems connected with the leasing, a simulative calculation example is given. The analysis of the results makes it possible to evaluate the possibilities of paying the leasing debts by a new employess' company founded after the transformation of a state-owned enterprise by way of liquidation.(original abstract)
