Abstrakty

Omówiono wyniki analizy dotyczącej związku istniejącego pomiędzy celem gospodarczym przedsiębiorstw funkcjonujących w dwóch różnych systemach ekonomicznych (gospodarka centralnie sterowana i rynkowa) a stopniem wykorzystania zasobów pracy, zaangażowanych w tych przedsiębiorstwach.

In the article the author discussed, the results of the analysis of the relation between th economic goals of enterprises and the extent to which labour resources are used in those enterprises. It results from the analysis that the most elaborate system of labour resources management is implemented in big, privately-owned enterprises managed by appointed managers. In companies managed by their owners the labour potential of the employees is considerably limited. However, in the state-owned enterprises, despite the fact that there exist possibilities of better use of the workforce potential, the scale of the implementation of the principles of its rational use is small.
