Opracowanie zawiera zarys propozycji metodologicznej analizy przyczyn występowania trudności, czy też niepowodzeń dydaktycznych, opracowanej na podstawie badań własnych autora.

University teachers are often confronted with difficulties in reaching didactic goals which they set for themselves. In the present paper the author made an attempt at the discussion of some selected methods of the analysis of the goals and the curricula of courses as well as methods enabling the formulation of teaching goals and designing new teaching methods. Particular attention was drawn to the heuristic methods of analysis which are of great advantage for creative problem solving and of great help in the process of searching for and verification of new solutions and proposals. Although the present considerations are based on the author's own research carried out in the Inter-faculty Center of Pedagogy at the Cracow Academy of Economics, it seems, that the conception presented may be of universal application and may be used not only by teachers of pedagogy and psychology but of other courses as well.
