Abstrakty

W opracowaniu autor podejmuje problem rozpoznania struktury ceny przy efektywnym rynku, czyli przy założeniu, że transakcje wymiany mają NPV=0. Rozważania dotyczą rynku towarów, a nie tylko akcji i innych papierów wartościowych. Zasadniczą kwestią poruszaną w tej pracy jest konstrukcja ceny przy zastosowaniu koncepcji efektywnego rynku.

The aim of the paper is to prove the hypothesis that with developing market economy, especially under the conditions of effective market, the price structure is relatively stable. The elements of that structure are the cost components and those connected with capital. The latter ones include the elements that are distinguished by risk. One of them is the interest on capital considered risk-independent multiplication. Another component is the one containing the beta value which is a total risk measure. The attempts to verify the presented structure give favourable results. (original abstract)
