Abstrakty

Jednym z bardziej przydatnych narzędzi zwiększania efektywności przedsiębiorstwa jest strategiczne zarządzanie zasobami ludzkimi. Omówiono różne strategie wzrostu efektywności przedsiębiorstwa, współczesny model zarządzania personelem, a także zależność strategii personalnej i strategii wzrostu efektywności przedsiębiorstwa.

In the article human resources management is viewed as an efficient instrument of increasing effectiveness of a contemporary enterprise. Increase in the effectiveness is treated as the primary objective which in the fight against competition may be achieved by adopting the strategy of the cost leader or the strategy of the concentration on the brand, that is, on the quality of products and services. The adopted strategy of the development of an organization determines the selection of the elements of the personnel system. The system when properly constructed and when incorporated into strategic management may facilitate the attainment of the primary objectives. The system in itself contains elements indicative of superiority over competition. Effective recruitment, molding and use of human resources constitute these elements.(original abstract)
