Przedmiotem opracowania jest szeroko rozumiana problematyka kształcenia menedżerów, w szczególności w zakresie nauk ekonomicznych (na różnych poziomach), a także analiza edukacji prorynkowej właścicieli małych i średnich firm.
This article concerns a new economic acurrence in Poland which is appearance of managers in circumstances of economic transformation. Nobody doubts the necessity of their activities. However, there are doubts about the level of their qualifications and the methods measurement of the level their qualifications and effects their works in a way. We should remember that these effects consist of measurable and immeasurable features. The article doesn't solve any these quasitions, but subsmits a proposition that science hasn't given so far the precise and rational ratios which measure effects of the manager's work and degree their qualifications. In Polish circumstances a very important problem is education of managers on the secondary school and university level. What is interesting for the science studies it,s a confrontation of former pupils and graduates, who gratuated after 1990 with practice in firms. The analysis of this problem would give the answers whether the market education system of managers in Poland is effective.(original abstract)
