Przedmiotem artykułu jest definicja barier pozataryfowych w handlu międzynarodowym w ujęciu różnych ekonomistów.

There is a lack, in the economic literature on protectionism in the foreign trade, of a commonly accepted definition of non-tariff trade barriers. The author makes a critical survey of different definitions of barriers under consideration, pointing out respective theoretical controversies and undertaking an attempt to create his own definition.(original abstract)
