Abstrakty

Przedstawiono próby zastosowania metod logistycznych w transporcie i gospodarce materiałowej w niektórych krajach obozu socjalistycznego. Próby te jakkolwiek merytorycznie poprawnie przygotowane nie przyniosły efektów gdyż działania w skali makro nie były powiązane z ekonomicznymi wynikami na szczeblu przedsiębiorstwa.

Logistics processes are a challenge for the rational economy in the latter half of the present century. If this kind of thinking has fully developed in a market economy, then the aim of this paper is to show how logistics concepts have developed in the command economy systems. In the course of research it was ascertained that, in general, organizational and technical planning does not differ from the plans of Western countries. However, the implementation encounters a number of difficulties which result from the separation of the whole activity from market economic regulation. These retrospective considerations remain in force in the evaluation of logistical effectiveness of the still existing centrally planned economies.(original abstract)
