Abstrakty
Autor przedstawił zarys problematyki tworzenia różnego rodzaju spółek holdingowych z wypunktowaniem korzyści jakie dają formy holdingowe praktykom gospodarczym i ustawodawcom, którzy zdecydowanie je popierają poprzez ustanawianie korzystnych form opodatkowania (także zwolnienia podatkowe), a następnie zastosowanie tej formy organizacyjnej w praktyce ubezpieczeniowej i bankowej w różnych krajach.
The article presents the definitions and immanent features of the discussed capital concentration. If we refer to the legislation of other countries and the achievements of the legal doctrine of highly developed countries of North America and Western Europe, we can indicate the widespread application and differences in the functioning of a holding company in the legislations of individual countries. The adjustment period to the EU standards requires, among other things, familarization with foreign laws and the evaluation of Polish regulations which according to the author allow the introduction of holding companies within the framework of insurance law and the formation of financial holding companies with the insurer in the form of a joint-stock company as one of the components.(original abstract)
