Przedmiotem opracowania są cywilno-prawne aspekty relacji między człowiekiem, ekonomią a środowiskiem.
There is a close interrelationship between law and economics, also in the aspect of environmental protection. In reality the concepts of environmental protection and environmental development are a relationship between the man and the environment. The role of law consists in regulating the economic conditions in a way favourable for the environment. Contrary to some opinions, there is a difference between environmental protection and environmental development which is stated in the Act on the Protection of the Environment and Environmental Development of 31 January 1980. It would be an oversimplification to think that the quality of the environment depends exclusively on the economic system and in abstraction from the premises of the adopted model. The reasons lie deeper, namely in the existing philosophical outlook on life.(original abstract)
