W artykule przedstawiono marketing z punktu widzenia tworzenia i rozwoju efektywnego rynku. Zdaniem autorki tylko zadowolony pracownik może zadowolić klienta. Podstawę działań przedsiębiorstwa stanowiącą marketingowe paradygmat takie jak 4P: product (produkt), price (cena), place (dystrybucja), promotion (promocja)
This paper is presentation of marketing as a concept of carrying out effective market activities from the point of view of its forming and development. There are three main parts in the paper. The first part discusses the origin and development background of the idea of marketing. In part two it concentrates on the essence, assumptions and content of marketing activities on the market and on directions of development of the marketing concept. Part three presents the existing in literature attempts at modifications of instruments included in 4P basic model. The modification reflects search for better possibilities of adapting the marketing instruments to the character of economic activities and expanding competition skills. (original abstract)
