Abstrakty

Przedstawiono ogólne typy relacji międzyorganizacyjnych oraz czynniki wpływające na powstawanie i rozwój tych relacji. Pokazano podstawowe schematy ewolucji kontaktów między organizacjami poczynając od procesu tworzenia więzi, a kończąc na ich rozpadzie, zwracając szczególną uwagę na rolę negocjacji w poszczególnych etapach współpracy.

The aim of the article was a presentation of the general types of relations occurring between organizations and factors which contribute to the establishment and development of these relations. Basic schemes of the evolution of contacts between organizations were also described. The presented types of relations and factors reflect both the theoretical considerations and the results of empirical studies discussed in the literature on organization and management. In the first part of the paper the author presented a definition of interorganizational relations and characteristics that may be used for their description. In the second part general factors determining the establishment of permanent contacts between organizations were presented. The typology of inter-organizational relations is presented in the third part of the article. In the final part the author discussed the process of the creation and disintegration of interorganizational relations. (original abstract)
