Abstrakty

Autor dokonał próby oceny stanu polskiego budownictwa w aspekcie dostosowania go do wymagań obowiązujących w krajach Unii Europejskiej, zwracając szczególną uwagę na nowe formy organizacyjne budownictwa charakterystyczne dla gospodarki rynkowej i konieczność dalszych zmian dostosowawczych m.in. w prawie budowlanym.

In the article the author presents arguments that are in favour of conducting an in-depth investigation into the way Polish construction enterprises adapt themselves to the system of functioning that is in force in the countries which are members of the European Union. In the analysis the author also makes an attempt at an astimation of the state of the Polish construction sector and of external conditions that have a bearing on its functioning (taxes, tariffs, crediting terms). Making the list of threats, barriers and conditions in the context of confrontation with the construction industry of member-states of the European Union will make it possible to adept the existing model solutions and work out methods that assist in the achievement of these solutions.
