Abstrakty

Wskazania najkorzystniejszego wariantu inwestycyjnego dokonuje się przy wykorzystaniu wyników analizy ekonomicznej efektywności inwestycji z zastosowaniem formuł rachunku ekonomicznej efektywności inwestycji. Autor przedstawił metodę zaktualizowanej wartości netto (NPV) do tej oceny.

The aim of an analysis of an economic effectiveness of investment projects is a selection - among numerous possible variants of an investments project - of the one that will ensure a favourable and at the same time highest net money surplus. The analysis is to determine the level of profitability of the contributed capital disregarding the sources of its origin. A financial analysis, on the other hand, should disclose if there exists a sufficient amount of financial means indispensable for the implementation of an investment project and its current functioning. In the article the author presents an example illustrating an application of an analysis of an econimic effectiveness of investments whose sources of financing vary. An inconsistent approach in the formulas of the account of economic effectiveness of an investment to outlays defining when there occur external sources of financing (for example in the form of credit) inclines the author to present the possible, and correct from the point of view of the construction of formulas themselves, solution concerning the choice of investment variants when sources of financing are identified.
