Abstrakty
W ostatnich dwóch dziesięcioleciach w literaturze z zakresu zarządzania i systemów informacyjnych ukazują się propozycje wykorzystania metafor do diagnozowania organizacji i potrzeb użytkowników SI.

Authors present the application of organizational metaphores as a vehicle for analyzing an organization and IS user requirements. Metaphores are frequently used as an effective tool of everyday communication and cognition. Organizational metaphores are also common, however we are not always aware of using them. The main reason for using metaphors is the difficulty of expressing emotions, impressions, and opinions about the perception of an organization. Over the last two decades the literature on management and information systems presented several ideas on applying metaphors to diagnoze the organizations and user's requirements. The authors give an overview of those approaches. They also discuss the possibility of using metaphores already defined in the literature and suggest the new ones.(original abstract)
