Autorka przedstawiła 5-etapowy model rozwoju małych i średnich firm wg N.C. Churchila i W.K. Lewisa i jego zastosowanie na przykładzie franchisingu.
The aim of the article is the presentation of the model of small and medium-size enterprises according to N.C. Churchil and W.K. Lewis focusing on the critical factors of management. Two groups of such factors are identified: one of them refers to the enterprise, the other to the owner. These factors change their significance when the enterprise goes through the subsequent stages of its development. Finally, the author describes the possible uses of the model. (original abstract)
