Zaprezentowano wyniki badania zależności struktury firmy od jej wielkości. Autor przedstawia zależności pomiędzy wielkością organizacji a stopniem jej zbiurokratyzowania i rozwojem strukturalnym i cechy właściwe struktury organizacyjnej w kontekście wielkości firmy.
