Abstrakty

Przedstawiono niemiecką metodę analizy struktury komunikacji w organizacji - KSA. Metoda ta rozpatruje problemy komunikowania w jego głównych aspektach: strukturalnym, procesowym na czterech płaszczyznach: rzeczowej, funkcjonalnej, techniczno-technologicznej i kadrowej.

The paper presents one of the original German methods of analysing the communication system in an organization. The bases, principles and planes of its application are presented. Two essential procedural phases are charakterized one of which applies to the static analysis and the other to the dynamic system. The auxiliary tools used in individual stages of the detailed studies are presented and some examples of them are given.(original abstract)
