Abstrakty

Zmiany wielkości i relacji ekonomicznych w okresie prywatyzacji przedsiębiorstw spowodowane są zachodzącymi w strukturze aktywów i pasywów. W artykule zaprezentowano analizę i ocenę zmian ich wielkości i struktury. Zaproponowano także sposób dokonywania analizy oraz wyceny tych zmian w charakterystycznych etapach prywatyzacji.

The paper presents a method of analysis and assessment of the changes in the size and structure of the assets and liabilities of state-owned companies in the course of their privatization. The results of such an analysis and assessment become the basis not only of the specification of the effects of the shifts in the value of the various items belonging to the category of assets and liabilities for the material, economic and financial situation of privatized companies and of their value - but, also, for an assessment of the impact that the process of privatization has on those changes.(original abstract)
