Abstrakty

Autor przedstawił w aspekcie przestrzennym rozwój działalności programowej i bezpośrednio z nią związanej tzw. bazy studyjnej radiofonii tj. budynków i urządzeń służących produkcji i przygotowaniu programów do emisji, a także współpracy międzynarodowej w tym zakresie od momentu powstania radiofonii publicznej do końca lat 80-tych. Na podstawie międzynarodowej statystyki UNESCO autor przedstawił też analizę zmian w strukturze rodzajowej programów radiowych w latach 1971-1989.

The paper present development of program activity of the public radiophony, considering the spatial aspect, from the beginning to 1989; additionally, directly concerned problems of so-called studio base (enabling to produce programs and to prepare them for broadcasting); and international co-operation in this matter. When analyzing these problems, the author has tried to find out factors and conditions determining development of program activity and its spatial differentiation by means of interpretation of mutual links and correlations among the radiophony and other spheres of human activity and the natural enviromnent. The following turned out to be the most important factors for development and location of the radiophony: the general level of economy (of development of manufacturing forces), especially including radio technology, the political factor related to a particularly important influence of the radiophony upon the political life, the historical factor and particularly the period of time which has elapsed since the program activity in a given country was started, the life and education level of the population, the country's importance on the international politics arena, the geographical location and the natural environment.(original abstract)
