Całkowita strategia optymalizacyjna kapitału obrotowego winna polegać na kombinacji strategii aktywów bieżących i strategii pasywów bieżących według kryterium preferowanej przez przedsiębiorstwo stopy zwrotu oraz odpowiadającego jej ryzyka. Zaprezentowano strategie w zakresie kapitału obrotowego giełdowej spółki "KrakChemia" S.A. w latach 1991-1995.
In the article the author makes an attempt at a presentation of a current financial strategy of the 'KrakChemia' SA enterprise. The starting point is a notion of circulating capital. The author defines the factors contributing to its increase or decrease and problems faced by an enterprise to keep it at an adequate level and maintain its desirable structure. The simplified comparative analysis of the variations of circulating capital strategy in the 'KrakChemia' trading company is illustrated with graphs the analysis of with leads to some interesting observarions. A definite drawback of the article is the lack of a more detailed presentation of the impact of the long-term financial strategy of the enterprise in question. It results from the fact that a long-term strategy is known only to people who are responsible for its implementation and that the pertinent data are strictly confidential. (original abstract)
