Abstrakty

Leasing poszerza tradycyjne formy finansowania inwestycji obcymi środkami. Jest alternatywną formą finansowania dóbr inwestycyjnych. Autorka przedstawiła specyfikę umowy leasingowej, rodzaje i formy leasingu i korzyści z finasnowania dóbr inwestycyjnych poprzez leasing, a także perspektywy rozwoju tej formy jako źródła finansowania.

The growth of enterprises is linked to making investments which require capital. Leasing broadens the range of traditional methods of financing investments with external resources. In practice it is easier to arrange than credit as own resources and full legal documentation are not required. Leasing in Poland grows dynamically although it is limited by the lack of a sense of legal stability and in particular, by the unclear interpretation of tax law regulations. This leads to the use of the so-called Polish variety of operational and financial leasing most often connected with transfer of ownership. The Polish leasing market has been dominated by operational leasing which is determined by tax benefits derived by the lessee. Lack of capital under the conditions of a favourable economic situation makes leasing one of the paths of development of Polish enterprises. (original abstract)
