Abstrakty

Celem artykułu jest prezentacja koncepcji modelowej systemu informacyjnego, ukierunkowanego na potrzeby controllingu menedżerskiego. Przedstawiono organizację i funkcjonowanie controllingu i charakterystykę modułowego programu komputerowego "Analizator Menedżera" - pełniącego funkcję systemu informacyjnego wspomagającego zarządzanie.

The aim of the article is a presentation of a conception of an information system model serving the needs of managerial control. The presented approach assumes a complimentary nature of the three functions: identification (/), planning (P) and control (k). The scope of these functions is broader than the area traditionally ascribed to controlling activities and is explained by the need of coordinating the three functions. The separate treatment of the IPK functions limits their effectiveness mainly due to the possibility of the occurrence of a wide information gap and information supply delays at all levels of the managing process. The article is divided into sections which deal with: organization and functioning of controlling activities, description of the programme "Manager's Analyzer", the construction of the MIS model - IPC (Manager Information System: Identification, Planning, Control). The model is presented in a theoretical form which in later studies will provide the basis for the preparation of a working version. Its aim is to give direction to applications designed to meet the needs of the management of companies operating in particular fields. (original abstract)
