Abstrakty

Audyt logistyczny nie podlega powszechnie akceptowanym normom ani certyfikatom wskazującym procedurę jego przeprowadzania. Zadaniem artykułu jest przedstawienie propozycji postępowania w tym zakresie, oraz wskazanie najważniejszych kryteriów oceny systemu logistycznego przedsiębiorstwa.

Alongside rationalising the flow of resources (materials, raw materials, information ready-made products and employees), another factor which has become important as a means of increasing an enterprise`s competitiveness is the preparation of appropriate procedures for gathering and transferring detailed information about the current state of an enterprise`s logistics system. Such an approach makes it possible to evaluate the operations of an enterprise and identify irregularities. These aims can be achieved with the help of a logistics audit. As there exist no universally accepted norms or certificates to specify a procedure for carrying out such an audit, one needs to be devised. The auditing process in the case of logistics operations should be divided into three main stages: the preparation of a plan, its execution and, consequently, the verification of results, which should also provide us with an indication of how the audit should develop in future. Appropriate criteria are also required to evaluate a logistics system. (short original abstract)
