Komunikowanie się z zespołem pracowniczym jest podstawową aktywnością każdego kierowania. Autorka oceniła skuteczność treningu kadry kierowniczej w zakresie umiejętności komunikowania się i ich zastosowania w praktyce.
The objective of this work was to investigate the results of managerial learning activities (the participation in six teaching hours of lectures and 54 workshop hours). The starting point is the analysis of the increment managers communications skills and the asertive behavior before their taking part in the trening exercises, mentioned above, and after three months. The paper presents theoretical assumptions, study methods and the sample empirical data, concerning the utility of the approprative teaching methods, useful for managers working in two different organizations. Communications and asertive skills were measured with the valid, special questionnaire. The obtained data show the high effectivity of the applied teaching methods in each of the organization.
