Abstrakty

Artykuł oparty jest na badaniach przeprowadzonych w 1995 roku na 210 osobowej zbiorowości studentów I, II oraz V roku Wydziału Zarządzania Politechniki Częstochowskiej. Autorka badała takie zagadnienia jak: studia, praca oraz stosunek do zjawisk społecznych. W artykule przedstawiła te, które miały walor etyczny: system wartości młodzieży akademickiej, ethos pracy wyniesiony z domu i studencka droga do sukcesu i jej uwarunkowania.

The paper being the result of the sociological research on a group of 210 students of Management Department University of Technology, Częstochowa, is focused on three subjects with ethical aspect: the system of value of youth, ethos of the work adopted from the family and student's way to succes. The most important values for young people are: family live, love, professional skills and work. Ethos of the work the youth adopted from the parents was strongly influenced by socialism system. The development of the market economy builds up quite different opportunities and challenges. On their way to succes the young people respect such values as: honesty and good image, health, succes of business partner and family. On that way the competitor's own interest, distractions and leisure time would be sacrificed first. Some of those choices follow the ethic code, the others - what makes us worry - do not.
