The Basic Barriers Limited the Development of the Urban Transportation Systems in Agglomerations

Abstrakty
Artykuł składa się z dwóch części. W pierwszej części omówiono istotę teorii progów, sformułowanej przez B. Malisza i problem zaadoptowania metody analizy progowej do zagadnień transportowych. W części drugiej sprecyzowano terminologię odnoszącą się do czynników hamujących rozwój takich jak: próg, bariera, ograniczenia oraz przedstawiono klasyfikacje ograniczeń progowych aglomeracji miejskich.
This article includes the two main parts. The first of them presents how the urban threshold analysis, defined by B.Malisz, can be adapted in the transportation problems. The basic part of this paper show the different classifications of the barriers limited the development of the transport system in the urban agglomerations. Dependent on the sort of the classification we mark out the very different kinds of the limitations.(original abstract)
