Abstrakty

W artykule omówiono system finansowych instrumentów ochrony środowiska w Polsce. Zaprezentowano wykorzystanie prawa podatkowego do realizacji celów ekologicznych.

In the article the author shows some faults of the economic instruments of the environmental policy system in Poland. He tries to present the tax system as an alternative to the current instruments of environmental protection or as a complementary instrument. He also shows, against the background of current legal conditions, the solutions which are ready to apply along with the advantages which are likely to occur for both the private initiative and the state budget.
