Abstrakty

Przedmiotem rozważań jest wykorzystanie analizy finansowej jako instrumentu wspomagającego ocenę potencjału strategicznego do budowy strategii przedsiębiorstw. Autor przedstawił istotę macierzy TOWS i Boston Consulting Group (BCG). Zwrócił uwagę na stosunkowo małe wykorzystanie analizy finansowej opartej na porównaniach w przestrzeni, uzupełnianej porównaniami w czasie. Wykorzystanie tej zależności pozwala gruntowniej ocenić potencjał przedsiębiorstwa.

The strategic analysis is pointing out the strong and weak points of the organization, and the opportunities and threats flowing from the surroundings. One of the implements supporting this process is calling financial analysis, and it is basing oneself on comparison in the space. It is bringing to us many additional informations about the financial and circumstances situation of the investigated subject related to other subjects. (original abstract)
