W artykule podjęto próbę odpowiedzi na pytania: w jaki sposób organizacja samoucząca się zwiększa konkurencyjność przedsiębiorstwa, jaka jest rola organizacji samouczącej się w procesie tworzenia i wdrażania strategii przedsiębiorstwa, jak trwała jest przewaga konkurencyjna osiągnięta dzięki organizacji samouczącej się?

Knowledge-based organization, thanks to it's ability to adopt to changes in environment and capabilities to drive these changes, improves competitiveness of the enterprise. It's openness and ability to innovate improves process of strategy development and implementation. Additionally, since the implementation of the knowledge-based organization requires major changes in the whole value chain of the company, the resulting competitive advantage is turly sustainable and difficult to copy.
