On Synthetic Assessment of the Enterprise Financial Condition

Przedstawiono problem syntetycznej oceny kondycji finansowej przedsiębiorstwa i przewidywanie zagrożeń jego bankructwa za pomocą wskaźników wczesnego ostrzegania. Przedsiębiorstwa prezentujące się słabo w świetle wskaźników niekoniecznie muszą upaść, a los ten może spotkać firmy o zadowalających wskaźnikach.
The issue of synthetic overall assessment of the enterprise financial condition has been presented together with the issue of foreseeing bankruptcy threats by applying early warning indicators. It is worth mentioning here that the indicators need to be considered carefully and in conjunction with some other factors; as enterprises represented poorly against those indicators are not necessarily bound to fail, whereas on the other hand, the firms with a satisfying indicators level may well end up in failure.(J.W.)
