W artykule zaprezentowano dylematy związane z pozyskiwaniem kredytu bankowego jako źródła finansowania przedsiębiorstwa. Omówiono problem ryzyka, doboru klienta, przestrzegania procedury kredytowej, odtajnienia informacji o firmie i kosztów kredytowania.

The article presents the dilemmas connected with the financing of the enterprises activities by means of the bank credit. The author try to show and discuss the reasons of some extra precautions which are being taken by the banks in relation to the potential debtors. Another item consider in the work is the necessity of autentication of booth financial standing and property status of the subject standing who solicid for the credit. What about the essential aspect which are to be considered by the companies interested in credit, among many others, the factors which should be taken as especially important ones are such like: - the risk of the bank, - the bank preferences towards their potential clients, - the indispensability of the acceptance from the client's side being the subject of the creditor's control, - the readiness of the bank to render help for the client in case of any kind of economical difficulties.
