Mikrootoczenie przedsiębiorstwa turystycznego tworzą: konkurenci, dostawcy, pośrednicy, nabywcy i społeczności. Autorka omawia kolejno podmioty z mikrootoczenia przedsiębiorstwa i stosunki zachodzące między nimi.
The micro-environment of the tourist enterprise is created by competitors, suppliers, agents, purchasers and the communities. Relations with the micro-environment are formed by variable quantities dependent on it. The tourist enterprise maintains competitive relations with its competitors. With its purchasers, suppliers and agents is maintains its relations on a tender basis. Touristic services cause a significant complexity of the micro-environment in the tourist enterprise. Its analysis is made possible by M.E. Porter's model researching the 5 competitive powers in the sector. Relations with the purchasers as well as the building - up of a profitable image amidst the communities have undergone particular evolution.(original abstract)
