Celem pracy jest opracowanie teoretycznych podstaw systemu oceny działalności gospodarczej przedsiębiorstwa dostosowanego do potrzeb zarządzania jego wartością. Przedstawiony nowy system nastawiony jest na planowanie, kontrolę i sterowanie rosnącą wartością przedsiębiorstwa.

In last few year extension of strategic company management and diversification of decision making was observed. This study deals with problem of company value in performance measurement system. The five chapters of the study present the following issues: - general investigation about company goals and measurement systems; - theoretical base of company performance measurement system as a tool of value management; - idea of free cash flow; - idea of cost of capital and structure of capital; - idea of controlling support and the role of controlling in value measurement system.
