W artykule skoncentrowano się wokół problematyki doskonalenia systemu jakości z uwzględnieniem szczególnej roli pracownika. Omówiono zagadnienie kompleksowego zarządzania przez jakość wraz ze wszystkimi elementami przyczyniającymi się do powodzenia systemu.
Total Quality Management - it is business philosophy which focus on approach to improving the competitiveness, effectiveness and flexibility of whole organisation. It is a way of planning, organising and understanding each activity of the company. The principles of TQM are very close connected with improving of management system by the people. Customer-Focus Organisation - understanding by the whole personnel of organisation the current and future customer needs and expectation. Leadership - the leaders setting up the goals for the working groups. Involvement of People - is connected with establish competence levels, training and qualify personnel and providing clear authority and responsibility. Create personal ownership of an organisations targets and goals. Process Approach - understanding by the workers the capability of processes. System Approach to Management - establish, maintain and evaluate effective documented quality management systems. Continual Improvement - the people should Improve of products, processes and system through corrective/preventive actions, audits and management review. Factual Approach to Decision Making - the personnel have to make decisions and take action based on the analysis of the factual data and information gained from processes and system evaluation and customer complaints. Manually Beneficial Supplier Relationships - communicate understanding of internal and external customers needs throughout supply chain. (original abstract)
