Autor dokonał analizy wielkości i struktury przedsiębiorstw państwowych województwa szczecińskiego objętych przekształceniami własnościowymi w latach 1990-1998.

The article presents the size and structure of enterprises privatized in the province of Szczecin in the years 1990-1998. The author found out that as for March 31th 1998 in the province of Szczecin 191 enterprises were subject to ownership transformations, which represented 65,4 procent of the total number of state enterprises. Not all enterprises included in the ownership transformation programme were privatized by the end of the period on the whole 27,7 procent of all enterprises in the province of Szczecin were privatized.
