Abstrakty

Celem opracowania jest charakterystyka dochodów z podatków i opłat lokalnych budżetu gminy miejskiej Jelenia Góra w latach 1994-1998. Przedstawiono dynamikę zmian w poszczególnych źródłach dochodów oraz zmiany w strukturze tych dochodów.

The authors of this article analyse the level and structure of own revenues of the Jelenia Góra commune in the period of 1994-1998. The presented analysis shows the scale of changes in the sphere of own budgetary revenues. As the result of the research it is proved that the most of the tax inflows come from real estate tax. The scale of this tax has a dominant influence on the local budget and especially for the relation between the dynamics of total tax revenues and the dynamics of the inflows from real estate tax.(original abstract)
