W opracowaniu przedstawiono definicję papierów dłużnych i ich cechy charakterystyczne, strukturę rynku papierów dłużnych w Polsce, sposoby pozyskiwania kapitałów krótkoterminowych, papiery dłużne w Unii Europejskiej oraz ocenę ryzyka inwestycyjnego z uwzględnieniem agencji credit-rating.
Several years ago Poland as a free country was given a great chance to reduce the distance between her and the most developed countries of the world. The CP market in Poland has developed considerably since 1992 and is still extending. The CP has been well known on the world-wide market as the basic method of capital gaining. CP issues have always been the convenient way of reliable firms activities cost covering without bank credits and on the other hand have occurent the profitable opportunity to free money investment considering both the capitals availability and the earning capacity. The reliable credit-rating agencies activity should accelerate and improve the CP market development in Poland. (original abstract)
