Autor omówił przykłady prawidłowości statystycznych w sferze rozkładów, dynamiki i powiązań między zmiennymi na rynku nieruchomości i podał przykłady ich wykorzystania w szacowaniu nieruchomości.

Such variables as price of 1 m of ground, price of 1 m of flat are random variables. The numerical quantity of these variables depends on the set of the main causes and side causes. Therefore it's advisable to perform the statistical analysis of the variables. On the real estate market there are 3 kinds of statistical regularities: distributions, dynamics and regressions. Acquaintance with these regularities may be used in the process of estimating the value of a real estate. From 3 functions of statistical methods: analytic, diagnostic and prognostic, the main role in estimation of real estate value plays the prognostic function. (original abstract)
