Artykuł prezentuje metody i podejścia do organizacji działalności przedsiębiorstwa oraz kryteria ocen struktur organizacyjnych i zasady ich budowy.

The article focuses on research and project methods refferring organizations in Poland. It also highlights principal assumptions about certain determinants of organizational structure. The article describes criteria used for evaluation of organizational structures. Finally, it presents basic elements of subsystem, which are crucial for proper performance of a company. In conclussion, it should be underlined that there is no one single optimal organizational structure. It ought to be aluays adapted to external and internal factors in fluencing a company.
