W artykule omówiono możliwości działań w zakresie polityki komunikacyjnej miast, poszerzając je o instrumenty integrujące z innymi politykami: gospodarczą, środowiskową, społeczną, z możliwością kształtowania popytu na usługi komunikacyjne.

The aim of the article is to point to the necessity and possibility of working in the area of the transport policy of the cities, in the instrumentarium of policy which is widened the elements that integrate with other konds of polices: economic, environmental, social ones with the possibility of rofming the demand for the transport services. As yet there are no conceptions that include the abilities of transport policy which go further that creating the additional transport offers, aiming at forming the demand as well as taking, "non transport" aspects into consideration (e.g. psychological ones).
