Przedstawiono metodologię mierzenia proekologicznej aktywności hoteli oraz sposobu dochodzenia do podstawowych standardów wyrażających rezultaty tego mierzenia.
In the contemporary world we experience the constant groeth of awareness of threats to natural environment coming from human activities. The symptoms of this awareness are, among others, the pro-ecological activities of hotel owners. These activities are the source of cost reduction, increased service quality and improved hotel image. The paper suggests a method of measuring the hotel proecological activity, defines its implementation stages and points out the possible problems. (original abstract)
